Ultimately okay but some pieces were mislabeled causing a longer construction time

The final look of this item is just okay, but it has problems. I’d probably skip this item - unless you love the look and are really DIY-focused want to Frankenstein this thing a bit. First, the pre-drilled holes for the shelf supports don’t line up, so all 4 shelves are crooked and not flat. It might not be noticeable in the photo, but it definitely is in real life. We flipped half the supports over - that helped a ton, but still very noticeable. Next, the pre-drilled holes for the door hinges don’t line up (and there’s only 2 holes for 3 screws) - we modified it a little, but since the doors are glass, it was difficult to do much. We got them both attached, but they don’t really open at all.

I love this fireplace. The logs and the flames are pretty. Love the remote control and timer. Set timer and fall asleep and it will automatically go off. Easy to assemble and took about 2 hours with one person to put together. Throws off a good amount of heat- set temp and forget it! Love it.

Beautiful! The quality is great! I love the different fire options. This one looks more realistic than some others I have seen. It was a bit tough to put together. The warning sticker was put on upside down, which threw us off and we had to take a few pieces apart to switch around at the end. Tip make sure the two side pieces are on right because the holes for the shelves are different. The doors were also a bit hard to put on. However, great product. Would recommend.

Well this was a project to put together, it took my son and I almost 2 wks to figure it out. It arrived in four pretty large and heavy boxes as you can see in the pics, I had no idea it was that massive, but once we put together it looks nice. Although it barely warms up and it arrived with some scratches it looks like a real fireplace. I just need to figure it out why it doesn't warm as I thought it would. It is quite a difficult project so get help.
