Smaller than info said. The seat was 3in Smaller than stated. The chair was not as soft and the leg rest was short. Seemed flimsy. Disappointed. If you are tall the legrest will not work. The seat width is for a smaller person.

As someone who is 5'11", this chair is just right for me. It was easy to assemble and set up, with convenient hookups. While the massage feature isn't extraordinary, the heating element is fantastic. It's so comfortable that I'm considering buying a second one for my significant other, who also loves it.

I find this chair incredibly comfortable. Assembly was a breeze, taking me only 10 minutes to put everything together and connect the wires. The cup holders are a great addition. Although the chair comes in two boxes, the delivery was surprisingly fast. However, it's worth noting that the material is not cat-proof and feels a bit thin. Despite this, the overall comfort of the chair outweighs any minor drawbacks.

However, if you don't follow them correctly, it's your own fault, not a flaw in the craftsmanship. I particularly love all the pockets and cup holders, making it convenient for me to keep my essentials close by. Despite being 70 years old, I managed to handle the delivery and assembly process on my own. The packaging was secure, ensuring the chair arrived in pristine condition. Assembling it was a breeze, with the pieces sliding into place effortlessly. The massage points align perfectly with my 5’2” frame, providing a delightful experience. Considering the quality I received, the price is fantastic. I also opted for the warranty, believing it's a worthwhile investment. Now, with this new chair offering heat and massage features, it's perfect for accommodating my grandchildren and great-grandchildren during their stays.

Setting up this chair was a breeze, taking only about 20 minutes. The seat is firm, but the heat feels fantastic, and the massager, although more like vibrations, works wonders on tired muscles. It reclines easily and goes back together smoothly. I haven't encountered any issues with the footrest, and now it's become my favorite chair!
