It is exactly as I expected. The quality of the chrome and glass is evident. I am very happy to have a fixture in this style that takes a regular light bulb.

Very nice light. Just be aware that the metal part to be installed actually measures 8" × 8" and not 9" × 9". Unfortunately, this was too small for the fixture I was replacing. The glass shade measures 9" × 9". I waited for our electrician to arrive for installation before opening the box. Due to the return policy, I cannot return the product. I would have given it 5 stars if the measuring diagram had been more specific.

Very simple but really nice in person. Works in a variety of rooms, puts out nice light. It's a nice upgrade from other similar lights.
