I am excited I finally got a fireplace that I’ve been wanting for years! I love it! It is exactly as described and came packaged perfectly. I love all of the flame color options and easy installation.

The heater came very well packed and it was heavy. I figured by the weight of it, it was probably well made. I unpacked it and all the wrapping. I was really impressed with the quality. I had everything I needed in the box to hang (wall mounted) like I wanted. I absolutely love the stainless steel look/color. I have another smaller one. It is black. Although I like it, the stainless color really makes it look sharp! I was a little Leary of the color but I am so glad I got it. My other we did not put the rocks in it. This one we did. GAME CHANGER! It makes a huge difference in the look of it. Especially when lit. Put them in. Don’t forget. The instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. We had no problem hanging on the wall. I love the multiple settings. I really like the ability to change the flame color. It is very relaxing. You can use with or without heat and it does have a thermostat. You can set the temp. I like that the digital display comes up but is not shown while in use. When using the heater, it is quiet and heats the area quickly. I am really glad I got this. You won’t be disappointed.

This insert is obviously beautiful to the eyes, although I have yet to have it installed, but I did plug it in and let me say this.. The look of the flames and the heat it generated is unbelievable. I researched many fireplace inserts for weeks upon weeks, and this is what I come find. This particular one looks the most authentic, and as I said, generates heat beyond my imagination. The price was very competitive but more importantly so. You could surly place this one in a class of much more expensive units. It came in various others size, I myself decided to purchased the 60" and, love it. Hey don't waste your time, I've already done all the research and this brand is the best.
