Plafonnier semi-encastré en verre givré à une lumière

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but this light ended up being such a good purchase that I figured it was worth sharing. I put this in a small hallway that leads into our bedrooms and it completely changed the feel of the space. Before, the lighting was kind of harsh and made everything look flat. This fixture gives off a much softer glow because of the frosted glass, which makes the area feel warmer and a lot more finished. The quality honestly surprised me in a good way. It feels sturdy and not cheap or flimsy like some fixtures can be when you order online. The design is simple but still has a nice modern look that works with pretty much anything. It does not try too hard, which I appreciate. It just looks clean and well put together. Installation was easier than expected. I handled it myself without any issues and everything lined up the way it should. Once it was up, it sat flush against the ceiling and looked very secure. Overall, I am really happy with how this turned out. It is one of those upgrades that makes a bigger difference than you expect. I would definitely recommend it if you want something that looks good, gives off nice light, and is easy to install.

The shape of this light fixture is unique without being unconventional or strange. I also like the light it produces it’s soft and inviting. The metal base is more of matte, painted look than I would like. As can be seen in the first picture, the globeshade on my particular piece has a manufacturing flaw the white layer is absent in one spot, producing a strong pinpoint of light.
