Excellent display case for my wifes bags.

Looks nice but one of the door glass kept sliding off with the hinge not holding the weight, ended up using super glue. Overall, I like the look.

I like it for my Transformers collection. But it took a while to put together with help from my sons. The glass is strong. I’ve bumped into it with my chair a few times and it didn’t break. The door hinge holds the door well but I don’t open it a lot. One of the LED spot lights went out in less than a year. I hope there are replacement lights.

They look great when assembled, however I hired two different handymen to assemble the cabinets. The first guy took 5hrs, and the second took 3 hrs!!! Then, when cleaning the glass, one if the doors fell off!! The installer hadn’t understood the significance of the position of a fixing at the bottom. Fortunately it didn’t break, but thus assembly is not for the feint of heart, dangerously inadequate instructions. Despite numerous attempts, the doors on both cabinets do not align

Great display case for my Bearbrick collections.

The finished product is amazing. Definitely at least a two person job to assemble. Took hours to do so but is well worth it in the end. The locking system on the frame can be a challenge but once you figure it out, it comes along nicely. The frame had a number of holes drilled into it where the lights were supposed to attach but the screws would not hold from the holes being stripped. I recommend industrial glue as a quick fix. Not ideal for a nearly 2k spend but I decided to deal with it versus going back and fourth with the seller.

The cases took forever to come in (meaning they were lost, reordered, postponed, lost at dock etc.) after months of waiting I had the delivery option to be put inside my home by the delivery company. The delivery company came and just dropped it on my driveway because they were a guy short and told me to contact Wayfair. I contacted Wayfair to told me that it’s not their problem and that it was listed on the paperwork as put in the home and the delivery company they hired was responsible. So I called the company again and talked to everyone and their higher ups and got absolutely nowhere. It was apparently my problem now and it was going to rain later that day. I called everyone I knew and was able to get it inside with their help. Then when we are putting the case together the small screws are in a little plastic bag and somehow along the way one screw got lost. We’ve checked all the insides of the case, recounted everything and to no avail. There isn’t a link to request any more because of how long it took for the items to get to me. This has been the worst experience this far. Everything before was fine with quick service but this has been absolutely hellish. Please let me know how I can get a replacement for the screw because one shelf has 3 screws and is unusable completely unusable
