Amazing cutter.makes the perfect slice

I’ve had this for two years and still love it. I use it almost daily to slice bread, especially heavy crust breads like sourdough. It’s so much easier on the hands, and the width adjustment means you get exactly the slice size you want. For very tall loaves, I turn them on their side to slice. The slicer still looks like the day I got it and it still slices beautifully after two years of heavy use. Expensive but worth it.

I received it the day they promised and it arrived in perfect working order. It is everything I hoped it would be. I tried it out and even sliced a thick end piece. Each slice went through smoothly and cut without clogging. After trying to hand cut my homemade bread for approximately a year resulting in embarrassing uneven slices, this is a true blessing. Watch your fingers, the blade is surgery-sharp! One would have to make sure the bread is cool before slicing, that would be the only caveat. It is a bit pricey, but the quality is worth it. This is definitely a five-star product.

Probably a packaging issue. I'm dissappinted of the order. The knob was unscrewed and the tinly screw came off and stuck inside. I'll have ro disassemble it to put it back. It came with scratches on the wood base. The blade has some white markings as well. The box it cam from wasnt at all secured and it looked like it was opened and used. I was so excited to reciebe this product but very disappointed with the shipping and handling.
