I recently purchased the GE Appliances 3.6 Cubic Feet Vented Electric Stackable Dryer (model PSKP333EBWW) from Wayfair in Toronto, Canada. the machine is working very good ( 5 stars) but unfortunately, upon opening the box, I found that one corner was bent and poorly assembled. There was also a missing screw on the control panel and a loose metal cover where the hot air exits at the back. I even purchased a three-year protection plan, so I expected the product to arrive in perfect condition. I believe customers deserve to receive new appliances that are fully assembled and undamaged, especially after buying additional insurance. I hope Wayfair and GE Appliances can improve quality control to ensure a better experience for future customers. Thank you.

I replaced my older GE COMPACT washer and dryer that lasted me 10 years. I figured go with the brand that didn't disapoint the last time. When using the dryer there is lint everywhere Inuding the lint trap. We clean the lint trap after every cycle. We also started to clean mid cycle . Nope didn't work. We have had service guy here 2 times and he was told "that's just the way it is" extremely ticked . My Daughter works at a Law office and Black or dark colours are required for court. She can't even use this unit. I have to use a lint roller on everything before folding and putting away the regular clothes. Even the underwear. I have noticed a slight gap between the lint door and the actual dryer door. Its a bit warped. Surely if this is common I am not the only one. I will be taking this up further with GE and anyone else who will listen...RIP OFF? Maybe

I have had two of this model dryers since 2004. Took a while to get use to the dry times as they are so long and one cycle is never enough. I usually put them through a second time. That said, my loads are more than likely too large for what is meant to be put in and smaller loads are faster to dry. Overall I am happy with the unit. My first one lasted about 9-10 years. The last two years we had issues with noise then the drum was eating up our clothes making holes because they would get caught between the drum and rubber. never had an issue with it other then this which is why I bought a second one. This one does not seem to dry the same although it is the same dryer and out clothes got caught in the drum and made holes within the first 3 years this time. I am still happy with it as I am in an apartment and cant have anything bigger, Just have to watch the clothes in there so they dont get caught in the drum. Also the lent part broke off and needs to be replaced as the dryer broke it into small parts. I am looking to replace this one, not sure with what. It has only been a few years so I am really not happy with that part of it all.
