I really adore this serving bowl. I chose to get it with the matching pedestal. They definitely make a statement with the gorgeous, lacquered pink in high contrast with the darker wood. They are unique and have character. Versatile, elegant and durable. The perfect size for a large salad or pasta dish to share. Definitely recommend. Price tag may be a splurge but I can imagine using this for years to come *** I updated this review from 5 to 4 stars when a month later the side cracked without any preceding events except using it twice to serve a salad and hand washing gently. This makes me concerned that this material, although beautiful, is brittle and prone to breaking. I received this for free in exchange for a review and if I paid for it I would be incredibly disappointed.

I purchased this bowl for my mother's birthday, she loved it! The bowl is made of real wood and looks incredibly high end. The Capri motif is flawless and really adds to the overall appearance. I would highly recommend.

Wow, this is more than just a serving bowl, it’s a piece of art! It’s beautifully made, the wood grain is gorgeous and the resin liner is stunning. The touch of pink color is my favorite. I am just blown away at how this serving bowl turned out in person. I’m going to order another one as a gift! PS It was a challenge to unpack because it was packaged so well, several boxes and several layers of bubble wrap which I appreciate because it arrived in perfect condition!

This serving bowl is very pretty. It can be used as a centerpiece or for candy, nuts, and more. The wood is beautiful - it's very smooth. The wood is a nice medium tone, and the lovely grain is apparent. It washes up and dries nicely. The "pink" enamel design inside the bowl is shiny and stunning, but I would describe it as more of a salmon than a pink. I have already received compliments on this bowl.

This is a beautiful serving bowl. The inter pink lining looks to be like a oyster shell. The outside wood grain is very pretty. The package arrived on time actually a day early. Wrapped very well and no damage to the product.
