I broke my glass stand and this replacement is quite nice. It's not as heavy, but it will hold a 3 tier cake. I like the look of the brass, as it matches my decor. It fits tightly with a 13" glass dome and has kept items fresh and appealing. The surprise was the cake server to match - BONUS!
