Great tree, awful packaging. As the other reviewers mentioned, this tree comes in awful packaging so took several attempts to get one is perfect condition.

I was expecting more tree. It's not as tall as I thought it was going to be, and it's very narrow!! But it's pretty and I like the olives on it. It looks very nice, but it is a "petite" tree!!

My second delivery was perfect. The faux tree was not broken and fits nicely in the corner of my bedroom window. Looks almost like a real one. Tall & skinny just as I was hoping for. Online customer service is a plus. They replaced my first tree that arrived damaged very quickly. Thank you.
