ECOFLEX Horizon Easy Access Dog Crate

This is a great dog crate and looks very pretty. Our dog is around 40 pounds and fits in it with plenty of room to turn around.

It went together easily in less than 30 min once I unpacked everything. The medium is perfect for my 25lb frenchie and the openings are low enough for her to see out. No weird paint or chemical smells was a must for me and this has zero! This crate is not for a dog who likes to chew on crates or has anxiety.

Very disappointed in what I would call a defect in the how the product is packaged for shipping which has caused this hinge to be completely ripped off leaving a hole, now for a second time. The exact same thing happened with our original order. Wayfair was great. They emailed me the return label, schedule Fedex to pickup the package, and shipped a replacement crate. This review pictures are of the replacement sent. If as shocked when I started unpacking the pieces to see the exact same damage in the exact same spot.

Very nice pet crate. We love the latch and the the material. It makes it so much easier to lock. The color is pretty and it looks great in our living room. The photo shows how much room the large has.

I have a miniature Australian Shepherd. I could not break her from using it in the house until I got this kennel. I won't say that she loves it yet but she has not used it in the house at all since we've gotten it. It's a very good looking piece of furniture and I use the top of it to hold my printer, lamp and charging station. It's by proof I didn't know what that meant but on the inside the metal framing prevents Daisy from chewing the wood. On the sides are metal bars and it seems like aluminum tubes around them but she doesn't bite that either. I don't know how I ever had my dog for 7 months before I got a kennel for her. And again it's not an ugly piece of furniture it's very attractive and it looks good in the room it's in. I would recommend this.

Unfortunately this crate came broken. 3 of the 5 large pieces were cracked and not able to be assembled. I’ve reached out to customer service and unfortunately haven’t heard back yet. It looks like it would be a nice dog crate so I’m pretty disappointed.

This dog crate is perfect for my 30lb Welsh springer! She loves her new home! It was simple to put together - came with plastic screws and its own screwdriver. The doors lined up great and have no issues.

Product came damaged. Material reminds me of composite decking but some components were hollow and had split open, other pieces cracked where there were brackets. We were nervous to replace the item and opted for refund which manufacturer was excellent about. Definitely do not purchase for dog that is not adjusted to a crate or potential to be hyperactive.
