This item arrived broken and was also missing its assembly manual. When I tried to rectify this with Wayfair, they said they would send an email to the manufacturer for a resolution. So now I am stuck with this broken product, that was supposed to be a gift with no answers as to a refund, a replacement if I need to send the broken product back or what happens next. I’m disappointed.

Product didn't come with instructions, so it was hit or miss in getting it built correctly. I had purchased 2 planters at the time, so was lucky the second one was built much more quickly. Also, some parts of the wood were stained bright blue on both of the planters - these must have been scraps used by the manufacturer , and the screws kept getting stripped and splitting the wood, because some pieces had pre-drilled holes, and others didn't. I finally lost patience and used my own screws. Now that I've got them together, they're ok, but I keep them on my back deck. There's no way I'd display them in public with the paint splashes.
