This is perfect for our yard at a great price. We dug up the sod in a 9x9 space, then smoothed out the dirt and laid landscape fabric down. We assembled the boxes on top of the fabric. The assembly took less than 15 minutes. Then I cut out the landscape fabric from the center of the boxes leaving it intact under the box itself. We shoveled in soil that was left over from a 6.5’x3’x6” excavation that I did to lay pavers for our grill, added 2 10lb blocks of coconut fiber that was rehydrated, then put in 30 bags of topsoil (.75 cf) and 5.5 bags of cedar mulch. Plenty of space to grow lots of veggies and it looks great too! I can’t wait for the weather to warm just a bit so I can plant!

Easy to put together. Works great.

A snap to put together! Two things that I felt dissatisfied with was the size and the quality of wood. The height was kind of low. The description I believe said that the wood was cedar but the wood I received looks more like pine. I intentionally paid extra for the cedar kit. I plan on contacting customer service regarding this and I am hoping that I can order another unit to put it on top of the existing one to rectify the height issue. We will see what happens!
