I highly recommend this meat slicer. My family loves deli meat for sandwiches & so do I....but I don't like the extra preservatives, salt, etc that are at our local deli counter. So I roast a turkey breast and a sirloin beef the night before, place the cooked meat in the fridge and then slice it in the morning. I do find it easier to slice the turkey breast when it has been refrigerated. A must buy for fresh deli meat lovers....and it save money making deli meat yourself!!
