This product was disappointing. The wood surround is a nice design and beautifully constructed. The fireplace insert, however, is a total miss. The logs are cheap plastic and look like a bad Christmas display. The back of the insert is not black and does not match the black cabinet. It is more of a dark orange color. The fire effect is lackluster and without dimension. Also, be advised, it arrives in a very large crate and the delivery does not allow for room of choice. Wayfair was excellent in handling our return. As always, they stepped up. They provided a full refund to our original form of payment and are coming to pick up the fireplace as well as the box and shipping crate. Although this product was a disappointment, Wayfair has proven once again to provide excellent customer service.
