Excellent customer service! We had a bolt break while building this gazebo and reached out to the company with the part number we needed. They responded quickly and sent a new part right away. It arrived quickly and we were able to build the rest without issue. Very nice gazebo and very good customer service!

Love the pergola, it's very sturdy and elegant. We've had it for a year now, and it's held up in the wind and storms. I've added a few items, fan (plug-in), side panels (easy to close), and a TV. It's very durable, easy to hang and install items. Would highly recommend it if you're on a budget and want a DIY project.

The instructions was clear and easy to follow, took four of us and about 6 hours…. It was worth it, four solar lights on each corner….bright, I enjoy it, don’t worry about replacing a fabric canopy and it’s very sturdy
