Difficult to put together and use..

I am a Physiotherapist. I am well versed in proper body mechanics and safe mobility. I purchased this rail for my elderly father who has Parkinson’s. I think this bed rail is fantastic. The ability to change its position allows for increased safety when going from sitting to standing. It allows you to have a parallel bar to hold for additional support. One tip when using. Make the moveable leg one notch higher than the stationary leg so there is no slipping. Overall, a very well thought out design and a very sturdy rail.

The safety features are great as the belt securely keeps it from going anywhere. Putting it together went smoothly and was so easy to install.
