I’m really happy with this ironing board cover. The material feels nice and heavy-duty, and it fits the board really well. I especially love the straps underneath—they keep the cover perfectly in place with no slipping or bunching while I’m ironing. Overall, it’s great quality and does exactly what I needed. This heavy duty cover fit my ironing board like a glove however, I did have to make a few adjustments for the perfect fit. The cover was so smooth and wrinkle free after a day or two on the board. I put my 1800 watts iron to the test for scorching resistant and there were no problems. No burn marks of any kind!

It also has a heat reflecting silicone coating for a wrinkle, free smooth finish.

This ironing board cover pad is HEAVY and thick! It was such a relief since my current one has been on my ironing board for years. It’s not something that you think about replacing often I guess. But this is nice and cushy and will help me get wrinkles out of my clothes due to its softness and depth. My current one almost had the groove of the ironing board in my clothes at times. It has a Velcro strap on each end of it to secure it to your ironing board but the elastic that goes around it is nice and heavy duty as well so it’s almost not needed. I love the sage color that I picked out as it matches a bunch of things in my home. Definitely a bonus that I am appreciating!

The Hearth and Harbor Heavy-Duty ironing board cover was perfect for my 35 year old ironing board! The sage green is a nice color. The material is excellent for ironing and not having to worry about any scorching. I love the heavy duty velcro fasteners that keep the cover securely in place. I highly recommend this product to anyone who sews or irons on a regular basis.
