Defect in the product from manufacturing This is a health hazard according to the manual it can cause electrical shocks.

love the fountain....the sound of the water dropping from the pour spouts sounds so refreshing and calming....plus the look of it is very pleasing too. I also like that I can have it light up at night. It's a nice extra feature. Love that it's solar and no need to worry about electrical wiring

Very nice fountain that looks great in our space. Not sure about longevity of charge but we will monitor this over the next week or so. This one did not come with a manual charger to assist charging and is purely solar. Really looking forward to enjoying it in our backyard in the evenings!

Love it

Great fountain. Makes a very pretty sound.
