I love that this one has the fold down sleeve arm. Many of them don’t. It also has a shelf to hold the iron. Some irons may be too wide to fit well but it is a great built in board.

We purchased this for our new custom built home so that I don't have to lug out the ironing board to iron the few things that do need ironing. It was the most disappointing purchase I have made through Wayfair. The builder installed it and disposed of the box, and I didn't realize the problems with it until several weeks after it was installed since we were not yet moved in. When I checked it the board extensions that slide up and down in the slide slot to allow for the board to move down flat for ironing did not not stay in the slide slot. The board never laid out flat and collapses in an awkward crooked position when you put pressure on it. My husband has worked and added metal pieces for support which has meant that it will no longer rotate at all as it is supposed to from side to side. If I could give it a negative rating, I would. It really is just a piece of junk. If it wouldn't leave a gargantuan hole in my wall, I would remove it and throw it away.

Bought as a gift for my Mother In Law. It is just what she wanted and had in the past in a previous home. She is excited to Indians use it! Shipping was quick so that was a bonus!

Nice addition for small wall space in walk in. Didnt pick up that it was unfinished, but that allows me to customize color to blend into the wall. Love it!
