It was a pain to put together and I first thought it was just junk, but once I got it put together and mounted under my shelf, it seems pretty sturdy. I like it.

Not really what I expected kind of flimsy and one of the brackets had come bent which I had to fix myself upon arrival. It did serve its purpose for what I wanted to use it for. But in my opinion if I had to buy another one I would look for a different product.

Not as sturdy as I hoped, a little flimsy. Track was smooth but there were no instructions. Easy to figure out but still should have had instructions for knowing how to remove from track for install purposes

No instructions or screws were provided. I wanted to return, but your policy makes it too expensive and difficult. Really hard to install without instructions.
