This chandelier replaced an ugly gold chandelier that was an eyesore. It is modern and matches the other fixtures in the house. It was easy to install but make sure you put in the lightbulbs before you put the hanging crystals. Looks very elegant, I like it a lot.

Here is what I think everyone should know. When installed, it’s beautiful. But the measurements of semi-flush mount lights are VERY important. The diagram shows the height is 14 inches, it’s actually 20.5 once the crystals are hung. On an 8 foot ceiling, it’s still plenty of headroom, but hangs lower than I anticipated. This is probably the worst set of instructions I’ve ever seen and I’ve changed about 25 lights/fans. You need to look at the photo multiple times, because the one page diagram is not good. The crystals are very well made, but it takes one person about 2 hours to individually put them together and hang them. You have to attach a small and large crystal together with something that resembles a flexible staple, then another metal piece to the light. There are 109 of each crystal, so 218 to put together and hang. Good news is, you hang the crystals after installation so you’re not paying an electrician hourly for that, if needed. Your fingers will be very sore by the time you’re done. This fixture is dry rated, and I did hang it in an unused bathroom. I’m very happy with the look, and it is substantial in a small room. I removed one star for the bad instructions and the incorrect height. I would assemble a second one if needed though.
