I ordered a chandelier and it was there were not enough hooks to attach all of the crystals. There was an email contact in box, but when contacted, they said they could not help because I bought them from Wayfair. I did not realize the problem until the light fixture was half installed. Ugh! Can you send me more?

Beautiful and can’t wait to install. Unfortunately was missing the clips to attach the “crystals”. Otherwise a 5 star. This is a beautiful dupe for a high end brand light fixture 4x the price and I will be purchasing another!
