Horrible quality product. The glass fixture does not securely attach to the metal part. This is extremely disappointing, now we have to pay shipping to return the item for something that shouldn't have even been sold on this website to begin with due to the extremely low quality. Very disappointed!!! To make matters worse, the Angi installer was drunk and called us saying he couldn't make it.

While this light is very beautiful, the parts are not appropriate. The glass flowers are held on by fake diamond screw caps in the middle with a rubber washer to absorb shock. The washers were too thick to allow for proper/secure attachment, and the flowers were randomly crashing to the floor. This must be a known problem, because a few extras were included. The only way to secure them is to not use the washers, but then the flowers started cracking. This thing is worthless.
