Seems like a strong support system for my tomato plant. I gave it 4 stars because I thought the base would lock into the planter, instead the planter just sits on top the base so it will not be easy to move it around for sun coverage. I will need to purchase a saucer with wheels to accomplish that. No problem just a small annoyance I did not anticipate. But I have also not tried to contact anyone either. The directions were pictures and words, pretty straightforward just does not say whether it is supposed to lock on or not.
