ABSOLUTE nightmare to work with and after Months, have requested a full refund. Ordered 15 for an event centerpiece. Received 6 with unboxing proof. Weeks go by and iH casadecor refuses to acknowledge and send the remainder of the order. Is blaming Wayfair saying they shipped the item, even though their fedex proof picture ALSO shows a box too small to be complete. The worst customer service, even after getting an email stating replacements coming from the company - they then won’t provide tracking and weeks later state it was already received in the original shipment.
