On the side get a lot the scratch, instruction hard to understand

Opened up one side of the box, and there’s a second box inside that was already opened and cut. You can see that the plastic liner over has been cut and you peek into the box and you can see that the lounging table (it’s cut or ripped or torn or whatever). Now I know I got an open box but this is uncalled for… unacceptable! I wasn’t able to get a warranty on this product because it was already an open box but I guess this will be the last time I ever get an open box.

This table is perfect for me to continue my physical therapy exercises at home. I even believe that it’s better than the table they use at my physical therapies office.
