The chair does not pump up You have to pull the levee to pump the chair up crazy this chair should be discontinued and taken off of the market it makes no sense it's a waste of time and money and do not buy this chair..

I gave four stars because it does come with plastic where it needs to have heavy duty steal parts but you get what you pay for. Also, you need to pay close attention to how you put the hydraulic lift in because it doesn’t tell you in the directions how to install The hydraulic kick. After many attempts and using it with my hand to pump the hydraulic up, which is the only way to push the seat up so it gives you the 360 swivel otherwise it will not turn and you have to pull up on the kick to have the seat go down Nowhere in their directions. Does it tell you the difficulties that you’ll be facing with that part. The seat is very firm. I think it’s a wider bottom than expected and it’s going to be an improvement.

Once you get it all together it looks really nice and adds a nice touch to my salon in the different studio rooms. The only issue i had is with the pump i keep getting it up side down.

Do not buy this chair. While it's comfortable, the mechanism to raise and lower the person is made out of cheap plastic and broke immediately.
