My chair got ruin a month ago, I Pay for insurance for 3 years, insurance which is Allstate is giving me such a hard time, keep calling them and sending messages and I have no response, I’m so disappointed with this product the quality and the service it’s terrible

I bought this for my aging father that has trouble getting out of his chair. It works perfectly to give him the boost he needs. He is a tall man and this recliner fits him great and is very comfortable. Seems to be made very well and is solid. The heat and massage features were a bonus for him.

Ordered this got the bottom section no back or power supply. Wayfair made it right and sent out replacement. Finally got it together. Dont care to much for the color, not liking the shiny texture. The heat function isnt all that, barely gets warm. The message feature is pretty cool, I like the way you can switch locations and the vibration patterns, almost sounds like making music and can easily put you to sleep. Not saying its not a good choice, just my opinion.

It needs better instructions and longer screws. The vibrating part is to intense, the modes do not change much.

This chair is VERY nice. I didn’t expect much at this price point, and I am super picky. But I gave it a try. I’m so glad I did. It looks great, works perfectly, and wasn’t too difficult to assemble. I’m not experienced at furniture assembly, but once you get the base out of the box (it’s heavy… that’s the tricky part) it’s pretty simple.
