Was easy assembly very comfortable easy to use. Massage feels great has heat and plenty of rollers.

Came in broken. Return is easy.

Easy to put together. We enjoy it!!

Osiria Zero Gravity Massage Recliner — beautiful, but two flaws This is a beautiful piece and the massage functions are great. Two complaints though the control panel is dark with no backlight, so its genuinely hard to read in a dim room. And theres no shoulder massage part at all — that was a letdown. Still happy with it overall, but those two things keep it from being perfect.

I have demonstrated and sold massage chairs in the past. I would find it helpful to have someone make a video on the control unit. The explanation needs some more detail. It is easy to use and operate. I would suggest that some people may want to soften the back pad with some memory foam peices to place between the pad and rollers and ad a little thin thickness of memory foam to the seat. I always would have those with me at shows. Other than that I love my chair.
