So cool! very heavy and well made

BUYER BEWARE! Originally rated this a 5 star but changing it to a 2 star. This vase, although beautiful in color and met my criteria for having a tilt to it and flat side, started to crack after only 1 month of use. The glazing cracked all the way through to the base material. When I initially contacted Wayfair Customer Service to discuss a refund, the phone number I was provided on the Wayfair website |was a scam phone number. I ended up getting hacked and spend 3 days undoing the damage done to multiple accounts of mine. Be VERY, VERY careful when calling the customer service number. My second phone call, I spoke with a Mohamed and after explaining the circumstances, I was told I would be issued a refund. No mention of me having to return the defective product. After a day, I received no confirmation email of the call or the refund so I called back again. Spoke with a Shamir and after he checked with some other department (), I was told I would receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Now, I have to obtain a box to fit the vase, package up a 24lb. Vase, place the provided shipping label, and take this box to a FedEx drop off location. Now mind you, all of the original packing material was trashed since I never anticipated having such a problem after only one month.ORIGINAL REVIEW - These ‘tilted’ pots are very hard to find, let alone at a reasonable price.i searched for one for a special landscape project I was working on and although this was a little more than I really wanted to spend, since it fit the bill, i went ahead and purchased. It is very well made and the color is striking. It worked perfectly for my project. All I need to do now is actually fill with plants. This arrive I. Perfect condition since it was packaged extremely well. Very pleased with this purchase.

It’s well made and will definitely make a lovely statement in your garden. But larger than described. And since it would cost me shipping fee to return it, I’m stuck with it. I’ll be closing my account.
