When i got the package, it was all perfect; when i did open the boxes then it was less perfect because some parts when damaged. I fully understand English but i am French; all instructions that are very basic are in English only. All parts were there this is why i gave a 1 star, without this then it would be a no star. I do not recommend this item. By the way it is not my first gazebo so i am not a rookie with these.

This is a nice, sturdy and timeless piece that really elevates your outdoor space. Arrived in 2 separate packages—both were very heavy

Arrived missing critical pieces to attach roof cross beams. Got the outer frame assembled but cannot continue. Submitted a claim but yet to hear back regarding replacements. Pieces also came scratched. Was able to accept the scratches as the price was good but quality is really not good.

Instructions are not clear and some parts are broken or scratched. Some pieces were broken into 2 pieces.

Hello, my experience with this purchase is one of the most unpleasant. After opening the boxes, I noticed scratches all over the pieces, it seems that the paint is really not of good quality, also there are many pieces that had dents. I think the worst is the plan. I work with plans of all kinds and I read several assembly plans and this one is really a disaster. During assembly the plan is so bad that you take one step forward and 3 steps back, what a misery. I also had to make a modification to the roof components. Some pieces were too big which had the effect that the roof could not be assembled correctly. In short, I spent 6 hours doing this assembly. I will never recommend or buy a product like that again. Sorry.
