Item came as shown. I knew there was not a handle for the mop heads, but I thought I could use one I had or easily find one to fit them. That is not the case. I have two mop heads that are useless to me. Also, the pads for the bottoms of the chair legs are starting to fall off already after only a week. I was sure to clean the bottoms of the chairs and let them dry before applying the pads, but they still fall off. This was not a cheap floor care package. It is not worth the cost.
