This is a great little device for slicing cheese! The only thing that (I think) is missing is a latch to hold the slicing arm down so it could be hung on the wall.

The blade was very flimsy and unsafe. A wire would probably cut the cheese better than the blade. It was stainless steel and easy to clean. It just not good for cutting hard or soft cheeses let along cutting butter and soft vegetables.
