Great price and looks fantastic there was a problem with fireplace insert but customer service sent a new one and now works perfectly

We love the insert! I looks great! The fit was exact and the ambiance it awesome at night. Haven’t had the chance to use for heating but the look is well worth it.

A good heat source. The flames look real and it is very comforting to look at them. The remote is a plus. A good purchase. I Would recommend this product. The option to change the colors of the flame is nice too!
