Frustrating, and Unsafe I’ve purchased a lot of pet gear over the years, but this is easily the worst crate I have ever used. For something meant to keep a pet secure, the quality is shockingly poor. Here’s why you should skip • Defective Latch The door mechanism is a total nightmare. It is incredibly hard to lock and open, often getting stuck or requiring two hands and a lot of force just to secure it. It’s poorly engineered and definitely not worth the price. Do yourself a favor and buy a sturdy metal or heavy-duty travel crate instead.

I got the small one. This is flimsy plastic, not at all the quality I expected for $146. Only time will tell on how long it lasts, but I'm not confident about the thin plastic tabs that hold the sides together. And this isn't a crate you want to repeatedly fold up. It might hold for my 9lb dog but there's no way for a larger dog.

Aesthetically pleasing but not the best quality overall.

My Cavachon loves this bed/crate! She was used to an enclosed crate for overnight, but grew out of her puppy size. She likes the security of this and its roominess. It goes perfectly in our bedroom with its nice design and was easy to put together. She sleeps thru the night with very sweet dreams and not a peep. I think it’s perfect for any small dog (size M).
