Armoire de cuisine 9 pouces

The 9 inch Cabinet arrived disassembled in a weighty white box. The cardboard had two holes but the parts inside were bagged and intact and nothing appeared damaged. There are lots of screws, angle brackets and assorted plastic pieces but *no* assembly instructions. The only paper inside the box was a inspection ticket from the Vietnamese factory. I looked online at the cabinet manufacturers website and on YouTube and found assembly info on other of the manufacturers products but not this specific model. So, I began to build...I mean, how hard can this be, since I know how the end result should look. The housing is done, to a point, but I dont know how to attach the drawer sliders to the drawer rail and to the cabinet. Also, Im not sure what parts need to be glued or whether, with many screws of different sizes, I used the correct screws in the correct places. I was preparing to call Wayfair when I saw this survey request. I expect to resolve my issue with Wayfairs help. Theyve seen this issue before, Im sure. Im pleased a good grade of plywood was used for the sides. The drawer pressed together with a precision fit (no glue used, yet). The ball-bearing based drawer slides seem overly sized to support the shallow drawer. Once completed, Im confident that I could pack the drawer with solid gold bars and that it would slide in and out effortlessly for years...and years...and years. I weighed the slide assembly and EACH of the two side assemblies weighs 3.1 lb. The cabinet is also built to install under-counter and does not include a top surface. It cant be used alone. In addition to the drawer, one shelf is included. I would have attached pictures of the slides, front and drawer but I could only get one picture to attach. I dont know what those grey plastic pieces in the middle are for...and, again, I dont know how the drawer is mounted. If I can get this thing built, Ill be a happy camper. Wayfair, Ill call you Wednesday for assistance. UPDATE. Time to revise my earlier rating of WAYFAIR TO 1 STAR. I textedchatted to ask for the missing assembly instructions (because that is the only way to reach Wayfair). The CSR checked and said that he had none to email or mail but would have the manufacturer send and I would have the assembly instructions by June 10th. June 10th came and went with no instructions. I called on June 13th and asked again. The CSR put in another request and assured me Id have the instructions in 72 hours but he would not provide his name and said that this is Wayfair policy and that all call notes would be in their system. I told him Michael, the first CSR, identified himself. (Well, maybe Michael wasnt even his real name.) CSR 2 assured me that I would have the directions in 72 hours. I should have asked WHAT YEAR because nothing arrived. I told the CSR that if I was WAYFAIR and couldnt meet my customer commitments after 2 attempts, Id get on the phone to the cabinet manufacturer in Vietnam and have them photo or fax the assembly instructions. I guess that is too much to ask from WAYFAIR. Maybe that is why WAYFAIR averages 2 stars in web satisfaction surveys. So...Ill be textingchatting with WAYFAIR for a 3rd time as my unwise purchase sits unassembled on the living room floor for a few more weeks. Please WAYFAIR... if you cant make sure instructions are shipped with your products that require assembly and then fail to address the issue after 2 or 3 requests, maybe you should change your company name from WAYFAIR to WAYPOOR to reflect your performance level.

Holes not drilled, waste of money and I didn’t send it back because I had it too long before I got a chance to put it together, it was from Singapore and I did not see that on there when I ordered it! Who wouldn’t drill holes! I regret this purchase!
