It is very confortable but NOT A MASSAGE CHAIR should not be called a massage chair there are zero massage function . It’s a recliner !

I received my chair a half year ago and it does not work at all anymore. I can’t recline, the electric part nor the buttons work anymore. This was in my clinic not a home so it was barely used. I’m very upset and will NEVER buy anything from here again even though I had planned to use way fair to fit my whole new clinic. Over $1000 down the drain!
