I ordered two. My daughter and I have an auto immune disorder and the massage and heat settings were why I chose the chairs. The heat doesn’t really warm the chair. I was hoping for it to be like the seat warmers in the car but it is not even close to being like that. The chairs are comfortable but for anyone who has difficulty standing up the front of the arms have no support to push yourself up with. The seats are on the firm side and the back and arms need more padding. Otherwise they are comfortable and fairly nice looking. If you are really tall the foot rest is short. I am only 5’3” and my feet hang over a long ways. The massage setting is very nice. They are fairly easy to put together if you first recline the chairs to remove the extra pieces they put under the seat for shipping. They don’t tell you that in the instruction manual.

I purchased many pieces of furniture this one was the worst. The material was very thin linen and it does not keep tucked in by the armrest.

this recliner is a very expensive considering the arms don’t even stay in place  because the only thing that’s holding it on there is Velcro and the Velcro is definitely not strong enough to hold the arms into place on top of that instructions were very blurry to put this together. I don’t even think there was really any instructions to put it together, but we figured it out eventually I know it says it massages in the heat, but I don’t know if I’m missing an adapter for it or it just really doesn’t massage your heat. The only thing I can get it to do is move the lights up so you can lay back other than that. Definitely don’t think a massages or heat would not spend my money on this again. I probably should have read more reviews on this before. I just ordered it. I just fell in love with the color and thought it was a decent price. I’m very very very much disappointed in this purchase and if I could, I’d give it zero stars.

This was a total disappointment. It was listed as power lift recliner and is not at all a power lift recliner. It was bought for a disabled person who needs help getting out of a chair and was recommended by his care team for our home since he used a power lift chair at his rehab. Last night it took three adults to put the chair together, partly because the instructions were so vague and partly because the components of the chair were packed so incredibly tightly into the seat of the chair that they were almost impossible to remove. We finally got the chair put together and were looking for the correct cord for the lift feature and there was none and we were misled by the description. After 2 hours of difficult assembling, I now have a totally put-together chair that does not do what was advertised.

Overall it is a ok chair. It is smaller than pictured. The directions are not clear and had to use common sense to put it together. Can barely feel the massage and heat features.
