We've gone through several recliners in the last few years and I'd have to say this is one of the nicest! I expected it to be beige, but it's more of a white. Nevertheless, my husband LOVES his new chair! The cup holders from the front arms are nice, probably won't be used much though. My favorite part is the heat. The size is perfect. It was a long wait, but it was worth it!

Actually surprised with how tall the back is! Very well made, it swivels and rocks soo smoothly! Its firm but I just opened it up and have no doubt itll soften up with use, but very happy with this chair and will buy more and I find more space lol heat and massage work with no issues and the fabric feels sturdy and I have dogs so its perfect!

This chair is for my elderly mom. We ordered on 10.9.23. It took almost 2 months to receive it. We got the first box on 12.3.23 and the last two boxes on 12.5.23. It shipped in 3 boxes. Packaging was nice. It was not damaged. Two people put it together in about 10 minutes. It is comfortable but stiff. She almost cannot put the footrest down and has to exert energy to push the back to a reclining position. Over time and with use, Im sure it will become easier to maneuver for her. We are more upset that Wayfair took our payment right away, and she had to wait almost 2 months to receive her item. She wanted to cancel the order, but we waited. It is already hard enough for the elderly on fixed incomes to buy nice pieces of furniture. The least you could do is not receive money for an item that became OUT OF STOCK after it was ordered. Come on, Wayfair, do better.

The "Oversized" portion was not oversized at all. The "massage" was a mild vibration across the entire chair. The back actually broke off within 4 months of buying it!
