I purchased 2 of these fixtures one of them was clearly already installed. The wires were all jagged. There was scratch marks all over it and the glass globe had been siliconed to the metal. The fixture is cute but I’m not sure why they would send a product in this condition. I spoke to them in the phone and they wanted me to pay the shipping to return it. Finally they agreed to cover it and said they would send out the shipping label to ship it at their cost. This has not yet happened. So I guess the product would have been fine if it was new as expected. The refund process is still ongoing. Not impressed
