Purchased this chair for my husband grandmother. The fabric is so soft and comfortable. The chair is the perfect size! She was so happy to have the included heat option, as she had to use a heating pad with her prior chair. This has everything she needed in one.

It's not bad. This arrived in 3 separate boxes. One was light, but the other two were much heavier. I recommend you have a dolly on hand if you plan on setting up yourself. The chair provides medium comfort and I like the feel of the fabric. I'm 5'10 and the foot rest extends out to about my ankles. It's not awkward to sit in, and I think two slim people could sit in it with no problem. I like the feel when I sit in it, but I haven't fell asleep in it yet (though my husband has). The lift features work fine and the messaging component leaves something to be desired as it is more vibration than message (but I was aware of this in advance). In retrospect, I would get a manual chair versus electric, because if the electrical fails or the power goes out, you'll be unable to recline it. I also like being able to recline quick using my own speed versus waiting for the chair. I'm considering getting the manual version of sofa. Hopefully this chair lasts.
