So far so good. Received sooner than expected and was easy to set up. It is a nice massage too, the lower back is stronger but I expected that. One issue is when I lower the chair from the 360 position I hear kind of a snap from underneath. Will need to investigate that closer hopefully will not be a major problem.

Item came with a twisted wheel that makes it hard to move, they gave me a 25% discount for the issue, besides that pretty good massage chair for the price, don’t like that doesn’t have a high adjustment.

Great chair, but not for anyone bigger than 6’ or 200lb

Not enough foam padding, the rollers really hurt on my think back muscles. I placed a bath towel down over the rollers for the back and it helped. Wish it would last longer than 30 minutes.

For the price we are mostly pleased with this chair. I personally find the lower back area a bit uncomfortable (my husband disagrees) so I tend to not use that part of massage feature and also I put a pillow there when I'm sitting to make it more comfortable. I also would prefer that the head rest adjust (my head leans too far back) and that the foot rest adjusts (it doesn't actually lift up and stay up, it just moves when you personally move it with your legs).
