Despite the additional braces to help secure the larger size of this frame, the brace pulled away from the cardboard/fiberboard backing requiring it to be taped to use the frames. Additionally ally the overall stability of the game will require taping the backing to the game itself precluding using the frame for different prints. Overall, poor construction for a frame this size. Additionally the customer service was horrific. I spent more than an hour texting back and forth, sending descriptions of the issue several times , providing the order number and receiving several offers for refund ranging. From 25-30% to a full refund, with no need yo return the item!— only to have all of the suggested service recovery options retracted.

Comfortable chair, was a good value. Somewhat difficult to assemble.

This chair is comfortable and easy to assemble, the massage and heater works great too, also the price is very reasonable.

This is one of the best heated Massage chair ever. When in recline mode or not you can choose whichever massage level you’re comfortable with. My favorite part about this chair is the leg rest also messages your legs. A full body massage is what I experienced. I love it!

Came in 2 boxes, 4 pieces total. Bottom, back, and each arm. Assembly was extremely quick and easy. The massaging function is multiple vibration points, but has a pretty strong vibration. The heating is hot enough to feel uncomfortable, but hot enough to feel enjoyable. The chair looks good, and is comfortable.
