Serviette de table 16 po Lanaiya Chic Dinner (Ensemble de 4)

I ordered two sets of these napkins on the same order. When they arrived they look nothing like the photo. The pretty pink n the photo was really an ugly brownish burgundy. The other colors were no better. Wayfair choose to send the napkins in separate so I received two packages, one set in each. When I called Wayfair about returning them, I was told that I would have to return them in two packages and pay for two return labels in spite of the fact that I ordered them together. Plus, even though they looked nothing like the photo, I was told that I’d have to pay a total of $29.95 to return them! That’s just wrong. After three calls to customer service, a misnomer if ever I’ve heard one, wayfair reduced the postage to $14. $14 to return an item that looks nothing like what Wayfair represented on its website. I’ve been a long-time Wayfair shopper but no more. If a company things it’s ok to misrepresent a product and then expects you to pay to return it to them, that’s a company I will no longer buy from.

I love the colors and the soft absorbent fabric. My favorite napkins.
