I had a knee replacement this chair helped a lot

The recliner is comfortable, reclines smoothly, and lifts to a good height for ease of getting in and out. Vibrating massage is okay, with 'low intensity' setting being barely recognizable. Heat works but takes a while to warm up. After 3 days, this chair makes a scary loud clunking noise, and jerks violently when moving the chair forward to exit. It is an intermittent issue, but still scares you when it happens Back of the chair was finicky locking into place, and still seems a little loose. For the price point, it's a nice recliner. Nothing special, but comfortable and the power assist works well, albiet a bit slow.

Purchased for my sister in another state, who is disabled and can not sleep in her bed - trouble getting up. This chair was delivered to her on time. She virtually sits and sleeps in this chair. The assist in getting up was a need and this chair answered the challenge.
