Upholstered Heated Massage Chair

Cheaply made. It's like putting a puzzle together. Not a very strong chair.

It was a great investment. Very comfortable and very practical for our family.

It doesn’t work. Doesn’t recline at all. Motor feels loose smells like burning wires. Has a place on it that look worn I have picture, make it look used. Can’t take pictures of it not working.

Very disappointed. A flaw in the material is now a hole. How will you help fix this. Chair is two months old.

Awesomee chair

Was easy to assemble but after few months, I could feel slight electric currents coursing through the chair even when I was not the Massage feature. So I've been keeping it unplugged all this time to be safe and use it like any other chair. Money down the drain.

Bought this for my mom 3 months ago and she loves it. She has terrible arthritis everywhere, and this chair really helps. Update: As of October 2024, the massage feature stopped working about 10 months ago, and one of the arms just came off.

This chair was perfect for my family room. It really helps getting out of chair. The message feature is really soothing. The heat is not very strong, but still helpful for sore muscles. The chair is very narrow and not practical for a larger person, but was perfect for our situation.
