I love this chair! Shipping was fast and efficient. Setup was super easy also. I love the heating and massage function and the reclining ability is great for the price point. This recliner is super comfortable and hope it lasts for many years!

Have not opened, being setup tomorrow - driver was excellent - friendly and thorough - I cannot lift anything heavy - I asked if he would bring into my house - which he did kindly - so, Kudos to him (Michael) for the wonderful assistance

I got my pro team (my daughter & son-in-law) to assemble this recliner which took less than 20 minutes to do so. My husband is really happy with it. He relaxes in it and puts on the massager to do so. Its now the only chair he sits in now. :)
