Chair is comfortable and reclines nicely. Don’t expect too much from the massage feature, it’s mainly just a vibration. But that is what you get at this price point! The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish the base was a little more sturdy. The chair sits on a pole that just slides into the circular base, but there’s nothing holding it in there. So if you lean too far back or forward you can expect the chair to come crumbling down. So far this has only happened once to me, but it got my heart racing.
